1. Prime the tip. Shake the pen down like a thermometer and press the tip on the back of your hand until the ink flows evenly. Two seconds, once.
2. Draw your base line. Rest your elbow on a hard surface, look straight ahead and trace along the lash line in short dashes rather than one long stroke. Light pressure gives a hairline; press down for a bolder line.
3. Flick the wing. Angle the tip toward the tail of your brow and pull outward. Connect the flick back to your lash line and fill the small triangle. Let it set for 20 seconds — then it is locked until you take it off.

That is usually the tip, not you. A brush tip splays under pressure, so the same hand movement gives a different line each time.
Eylena uses a firm 0.1 mm felt tip that keeps its point from the first wing to the last. Use the dot-and-connect method in the free Wing Guide — place a dot where you want each wing to end, check both in the mirror, then draw. Symmetry stops being a hand-skill problem.

Waterproof once it is fully set. Give it 20–30 seconds after drawing — that is when the film cures. Blink it dry too fast and any liner will lift.
After that it holds through sweat, humidity, tears and swimming. It is designed to survive water, not friction — so rubbing your eye hard will still move it.
To remove: hold a warm damp cotton pad or any oil-based / micellar cleanser on the lid for 10 seconds, then wipe. It lifts off in one pass.

Jet Black — the classic. Maximum definition, sharpest contrast, best for evenings and bold wings.
Slate Gray — the soft everyday option. Reads as "awake" rather than "made up". Flattering on fair skin, light eyes and anyone who finds black too harsh.
Dark Brown — warm and natural. Pairs beautifully with brown hair and works as a subtle tightline.
Soft Brown — the most understated. Perfect for daytime, office and mature lids.

Hooded eyes: yes. Draw the wing with your eye open, looking straight ahead, so you place it where it will actually be seen. The Wing Guide has the exact angle.
Oily lids: yes — the film-forming formula is specifically what oily lids need. A dusting of translucent powder on the lid first makes it last even longer.
Contact lenses: yes. The formula is water-based, fragrance-free, vegan and cruelty-free. Insert your lenses before applying and let the liner set fully. If your eyes are genuinely sensitive, patch test on the inner arm first.
